This work aims to reveal the explanations of crystallization of forming agent of collective cake (FAAC) at cold so as to enhance technique|the tactic|the strategy} of the FAAC storage at cold and enhance the promotion of the mud cake to collective cake (MTA) method of cementing of oil and gas wells. it's been tried that the MTA technique will improve the cementing quality of oil-gas well. However, FAAC utilized in this technique tends to crystallize at cold, therefore limiting its application and promotion. during this work, the comparative observation experiments combining with particle activity check area unit wont to understand the attainable reasons for the crystallization of FAAC. It seems that the cold is that the main explanation for crystallization of FAAC, wherever the precipitate is sodium sulphate hydrate. additional analysis suggests that the common-ion result contains a nice influence on the soundness of FAAC. significantly, this analysis indicates the existence of sturdy chemical bond result between sodium sulphate and atomic number 11 metasilicate, that is contributory to keeping the FAAC resolution to remain stable at cold.
