The study's goal is to uncover the existing state of the medicinal and aromatic plants industry in Mersin, as well as the marketing structure and challenges that herbalists and processing companies face. Both domestic and international markets were offered with a diverse choice of products. The main issues in the sector were a lack of organisation, information pollution, and a lack of consumer education. It is necessary to build supportive organisations and govern information flow among the relevant stakeholders in order to improve the existing challenging scenario.
