There have been numerous labor-saving gadgets and better farm implements invented. Due to a variety of factors, gaining access to these technologies is challenging. The All India Coordinated Research Project on Home Science (FRM Component) has made an attempt to bring and test new tools to farm men and women. The cot bag (37.7% reduction in drudgery experience) was shown to be the most effective among females, followed by the sickle and safety gloves (30.4 percent each). Using a cot bag also resulted with the greatest reduction in drudgery experience among guys (35.9 percent ). Improved sickles and safety gloves both reduced drudgery experience by nearly the same amount, 28.8% and 28.2%, respectively. Itching, burning, numbness, swelling, and discomfort were among the symptoms experienced by respondents when participating in various farm chores. When compared to traditional approaches, the use of technology resulted in a reduction in disorder symptoms. Women experienced a greater reduction in disorder symptoms than males.
