Many new farm equipment and labor-saving gadgets have been invented. Due to several factors, gaining access to these technologies is challenging. The All India Coordinated Research Project on Home Science (FRM Component) has made an attempt to provide and test enhanced tools to farm men and women. The cot bag (37.7% reduction in drudgery experience) was shown to be the most effective among females, followed by the sickle and safety gloves (30.4 percent each). Males saw the greatest reduction in drudgery when they used a cot bag (35.9 percent ). Improved sickles and safety gloves reduced drudgery experience by nearly identical amounts, 28.8% and 28.2%, respectively. Itching, burning, numbness, swelling, and discomfort were among the symptoms experienced by respondents when participating in various farm chores. When compared to conventional approaches, the use of technology resulted in a reduction in disorder symptoms. Women saw a greater reduction in disorder symptoms than males.
