LEGISLATIVE, REGULATORY AND TECHNOLOGIES UTILISED FOR BROWNFIELD REHABILITATION FOR RESIDENTIAL.....

The infrastructure arrangements and building concept have changed dramatically as a result of rapid industrialization and technological advancements. On the one hand, some areas with high levels of urbanisation have an urgent need for transformation and upgrading, while land resources are extremely limited. On the other hand, the urban environment is overwhelmed. The environmental impact of human settlement is relatively large, and the building land used for urban redevelopment has concealed environmental hazards. Soil contamination has become one of the most evident weaknesses in the growth of a successful society, and it may be more destructive to human health. Many countries have enacted legislation and established governance structures to address concerns relating to the quality of construction land, such as pollution. The research state of domestic and foreign policy and technology in the treatment of land-use pollution is summarised in this paper.
