POACEA FAMILY CROPS: REVIEW | Journal of Economics and Trade
The poaceae family is one of the most diverse in the Monocotyledon, or flowering plant, kingdom. This family has roughly 600 species and 10,000 genera, including the most important crops like wheat, rice, maize, barley, oats, and millet. There are several fodder crops and grass species in this family.
