Transesterification was used to successfully create biodiesel from palm kernel oil. In the manufacturing of biodiesel, the effects of FeO, NaOH, and a NaOH/FeO catalyst were investigated. According to the findings, NaOH catalyst produces a better production of biodiesel than its mixture (NaOH/FeO), and FeO from Palm Kernel Oil produces the lowest yield of biodiesel. Using 1 M of NaOH as the catalyst, the highest biodiesel yield of 68.75 percent was achieved. Free fatty acid value 3.935 mgKOH/g, saponification value 242 mgKOH/g, iodine value 23 g/100, and acid value 7.85 mgKOH/g were all found in palm kernel oil. The specific gravity of the Palm Kernel Oil base biodiesel was 0.860, the kinematic viscosity was 3.3 mm2/s, the cetane number was 45.5, the cloud point was 5, and the acid value was 0.5012, which was in line with the biodiesel standard value.
