SPECTRAL ANALYSIS BASED ON DATA OF DIFFERENT GEOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF A CORE FROM SEBKHA ENNOUAL

The purpose of this study is to look at the sedimentary cycles found in a 160 cm core taken in the Ennoual wetland. In order to obtain 80 samples, sampling was done every 2 cm. The cyclostratigraphy of the Holocene is influenced by solar activity. It is solar-powered. The spectrum analysis depicts clear cycles that are most likely astronomical, atmospheric, or oceanic in origin. On the one hand, millennial cycles of 2500 years and 1000 years associated to solar forcing have been discovered using spectral analysis of Na and K values. The 1500-year cycle, on the other hand, is derived from spectrum study of Ca levels and is linked to thermohaline circulation.
