The reaction of 4-piperidone benzoylhydrazones with 1-methyl, 1-benzyl, and 1-isopropyl groups with suitable nitrilimines yielded a new series of 1,2,4,8-tetraazaspiro[4.5]dec-2-enes comprising 1,2,4-triazole, piperidine, and sulfonamide moieties. The produced compounds' microanalysis and spectrum data (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MS) correspond perfectly with their molecular structure. A well-known approach was used to investigate the microbiological properties of the produced chemicals. On various strains of microorganisms, some of the named compounds showed substantial antibacterial activity.
