The education of a community's inhabitants has always been a factor in its prosperity and survival. Fictions and epics show how different societies attempt to pass on their ideas to future generations, and instructors have done an excellent job of doing so via lovely and symbolic stories. As a result, the community has survived, and teachers' knowledge has played an essential part in the development of civilization and people's convergence. However, because scientists nowadays focus on new western philosophical and educational schools, a large portion of old philosophers' and writers' attitudes have been forgotten, and new generations are unaware of them, despite the fact that it is always advisable to look back and learn from the past. Examining the students' educational attitudes . Muslim authors and philosophers have the opportunity to profit from tried-and-true approaches that have not only solved difficulties in their own time and helped build civilization's foundations, but have also retained their acceptance today. This dissertation attempts to evaluate and review the views of "Sa'di Shirazi," a famous poet who is also a notable educator and thinker in Iran, regarding the qualities of teachers in Gulistan.
