Different concentrations of smoke water extract (0, 1:10, 1:100, 1:200) were used in this study to mitigate the toxic effect of different concentrations of Sodium Chloride (NaCl) (0, 100, 150, 200) mM on Cucumber sativus L. seed germination. The seeds were soaked in two different concentrations of smoke water extract for two different periods of time (24 and 72 hours). Auxin (IAA), gibberelline (GA), cytokinine (CK), and abcsisic acid (AB) concentrations, as well as germination percentage, were all measured. The findings revealed that, depending on the soaking time, smoke water extract has a positive effect on seed germination. Please see the link - https://ikprress.org/index.php/PCBMB/article/view/5658
