THE SUBSTANSIVE RESEARCH ON TELEVISION BROADCAST AND INTERNET SITES OF TELEVISION CHANNELS IN KYRGYZ
For over 80 years, Kyrgyzstan, like the rest of the Soviet Union, was ruled by Communist Russia and governed by the Communist Party. Certainly, Kyrgyzstan's mass media at the time had cooperated with communist doctrine and transmitted only on the basis of this philosophy. Kyrgyzstan was only permitted to broadcast in accordance with its own cultural philosophy after gaining independence in 1991. Kyrgyz television has been through two revolutions and a terrible time. In Kyrgyzstan, there are now around twenty broadcasting channels. In compared to industrialised nations, these channels have a low rate of internet usage. While Kyrgyz TV stations are now viewed as sluggish, there are some channels that do not have any internet presence at all. The substantive approach of analysis was utilised in this work. The channels of Kyrgyzstan's television broadcasts with internet sites were identified in this study.
